● Support FAQ
Start here first.
The fastest fixes are usually connection, notification, or source-account related. These answers cover the common stuff without making you dig through a manual.
Is Mirror Health a replacement for my CGM app, receiver, or official alerts?
No. Mirror Health is a supplemental companion display. Keep your approved CGM app, receiver, manufacturer alerts, and care plan active. Always follow your clinician’s guidance for medical decisions.
What devices does Mirror Health support?
Mirror Health is available for iPhone and iPad. It is designed to make glucose readings easier to see on the devices families already use, especially with Nightstand Mode on a nearby tablet.
What is Nightstand Mode?
Nightstand Mode turns a nearby device into a large, calm display for overnight monitoring. The goal is simple: glance from bed, see the number and trend, and know when you may need to check further.
Can I monitor more than one person?
Yes. Mirror Health is built for families and caregivers who may need to monitor multiple people, with support for up to four profiles.
What connected health sources can I use?
Mirror Health is built around CGM and connected-health sources such as Dexcom, Libre, Nightscout, and Apple Health. Availability can vary by app version, region, provider permissions, and the source you connect.
My reading looks delayed, stale, or disconnected. What should I check first?
Check that your iPhone or iPad is online, the connected source is working, the sensor is active, and your source account or Nightscout connection is still valid. If the official source app is delayed, Mirror Health may show delayed information too.
Why am I not hearing alerts or notifications?
Start with device volume, Focus or Do Not Disturb settings, notification permissions, and whether the app is allowed to send alerts. Keep your official CGM alerts enabled even if you use Mirror Health’s supplemental display and alert features.
How do I report a bug or request a feature?
Use the support form on this page or email info@usemirrorhealth.com. If you are reporting a bug, include your device, app version, connected source, and what you were doing when it happened.
