How do I connect a caretaker?
The caretaker signs in, opens Add Person, and shows the pairing QR code. The family scans it with Camera on their iPhone or iPad and opens the Mirror Health link, chooses who to share, and approves a duration.
How do I end access?
Open Settings → People → Manage Shared Access in the family’s Mirror Health app, choose the connection, and tap End Access. Sharing also expires at its scheduled end time.
Why does a reading look old?
Check your internet connection and the official source app. Mirror Health depends on available source readings; a stale reading is not a current one.
What devices can I use?
The Mirror Health app is available for iPhone and iPad. Caretaker Mode is also available through the web portal on a computer.
How many people can I see?
The caretaker board displays up to 10 approved people. The family app has its own monitored-profile limits.
Does Mirror Health replace my CGM alerts?
No. Keep your official CGM app, receiver, manufacturer alerts, and care plan active. Mirror Health is a supplemental display.
