Who can use Caretaker Mode?

School nurses, caregivers, family members, and other trusted adults can view information the family approves. Visit our Caretaker Mode page for setup and care-setting information.

Does the caretaker need our CGM password?

No. Caretakers use their own Mirror Health account. Families approve access without sharing their source credentials.

Does Mirror Health replace CGM alerts?

No. Mirror Health is a supplemental display. Keep your official CGM app, receiver, alerts, and care plan active.
